S.N.S Property Management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Ocala, FL

SNS is currently looking for a PROPERTY MANAGER to join our team. The right candidate has to be a proven leader with industry expertise, a positive attitude with a “can-do” approach, and initiative.

The right candidate must have excellent analytical, communication, conflict resolution, and employee management skills.

The Property Manager, under the direction of the Regional Manager, is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the property operations.

Property Manager Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the financial operations and achieving budgeted NOI.
  • Monitoring and directing rental activity, directing marketing activities.
  • Maintaining an in-depth, ongoing knowledge of the local market.
  • Monitoring the timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections, and ensuring landlord/tenant statutes are followed.
  • Creating and communicating high expectations for staff, holding them accountable for results.

The position requires the ability to physically tour the property in its entirety, oversee any maintenance functions, and assist with emergency measures as required.

  • The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with people and present a positive and professional image. The right candidate has to be organized, motivated, positive, creative, forward thinker, financials knowledge preferred.
